Personal Background

Since 2018, I have worked as a professional consultant, coach and facilitator. My expertise comes from fifteen years as a consultant in the insurance industry and my role as a team leader. In this I have repeatedly built teams. This exciting task shows me the direct effects of decisions in recruiting and personnel development on team dynamics. By exploring the topics of what makes people and teams sustainably successful, I discovered the concepts of New Work, Spiral Dynamics, and Theory U.

Through this I developed a passion that drives me forward every day. I support companies, leaders and teams to actively shape and make the future of work workable. I am convinced that the creativity and innovation of each individual plays an important role in this. The future of leadership lies in an appreciative attitude and daily feedback. In my work, it is important to me to treat people holistically with their needs, values and motives and to offer them development opportunities in their context.
